CEP Announces Partnership with West Florida Flames

Competitive Edge Physical Therapy (CEP) is proud to announce our partnership with the West Florida Flames soccer clubs as the competitive season approaches, serving as the premier athletic recovery resource for team members and affiliates. We are excited to support one of the largest youth soccer clubs in Florida that takes pride in training their athletes to compete at the highest levels in a positive coaching environment.

Through this partnership, we can provide the same groundbreaking technology and specialized muscle recovery techniques used to support professional athletes to the players within the West Florida Flames team network.

Our primary goal is to keep athletes healthy and ready to compete throughout the competitive season and beyond.

To support athletes in our community, CEP has designed an Athletic Recovery Program focused on elite level soccer athletes. Services under this program include:

• Exclusive access for club members and affiliates to access CEP’s team of physical therapy and athletic training staff
• VIP scheduling for treatments via our smartphone App
• Pre-game preparation with mobility and muscle activation
• Injury prevention by addressing flexibility/strength deficits
• Muscle recovery following tournaments
• Assessment of acute injuries that occurred during practice/competition
• Access to CEP’s network of top sports medicine physicians in the Tampa area for streamlined injury management

This program is tailored to the unique demands of club soccer programs in effort to minimize disruption to team activities. CEP offers flexible treatment options to accommodate athletes after school, after practice, and pre/post game. CEP’s program expands on standard rehabilitation strategies to bring recovery to the next level, quickly recharging athletes for the next practice or competition.
